Order KX Laser for EU countries
We offer you payment by PayPal service. When you are not registered at PayPal you can pay with credit/debit card.
Price 1 set of KX Laser: 395 Euro incl. VAT
Postal duty and packaging fee: 25 Euro
Total price: 420 Euro
The goods will be sent by Czech Post. You will be informed about sending via e-mail and you will be given Czech Post number of the parcel, so that you can check the consignment location.
Sales Terms and Conditions
By the goods acceptance, you agree with the following Sales Terms and Conditions:
1. Delivery
Order
Order with Pay Pal ( see up ). All orders will be handled adequately – every order will be confirmed and the Buyer will be informed about the way and date of sending. Every order must contain valid and complete contact information.
Delivery of Goods
The goods will be sent by Czech Post . The goods will be sent within 3 days after order acceptance , always on a working day. Time of delivery is dependent on the carrier.
Payment
Payment will be made by Pay Pal service.
Price of Goods
Currently valid price is stated at the website KX Laser.eu and it is valid at the moment of placing the order. The company TALPO s.r.o. reserves the right to change the price at the above stated website.
Privacy Policy
The company TALPO s.r.o. declares that all provided personal information is private and it will not be in any manner made public nor provided to a third person, except for the carrier.
Return of Goods
The goods bought in our online shop might be returned within 14 days after acceptance of the goods.
The goods must be returned to the address of the company TALPO s.r.o. in the original package (including accessories, user manual) and it must not be used (device with adjusted battery disconnector is considered used!)
The goods must not be damaged in any way.
It is necessary to send the original of the invoice together with the goods. The delivery charges to return the goods to the Seller are paid by the Buyer, the parcel should be insured. The parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted!
In case of meeting all above stated conditions, we will send you the price of the goods by means of Postal Order or by Bank Transfer within 14 days after acceptance of the goods. State your complete bank account number including hyphens.
If any of the above stated conditions is not met, we will not be able to accept the cancellation of the consumer contract and the goods will be returned to the Buyer.
2. Complaints Policy
The following Complaints Policy sets conditions of purchase of goods in the online shop run by the company TALPO s.r.o. We recommend you to get acquainted with it before placing the order.
General
The Customer accepts this Complaints Policy by the acceptance of the goods. Every product is delivered with an invoice, which serves as the guarantee document. Complaints are handled within the statutory period. The guarantee applies to the goods bought from this online shop and the claim must be lodged during the Guarantee Period. If the Buyer finds any difference between the invoice and the goods (especially in its serial number and amount), the Buyer is obliged to contact the company TALPO s.r.o. within 24 hour after acceptance of the goods. Later complaints may not be accepted.
Guarantee period
Guarantee period starts on the date of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer. The statutory guarantee period is 24 months.
Guarantee conditions
The Buyer is recommended to check the state of the consignment at delivery and not to accept it when damaged or incomplete. The goods under complaint must be sent to the address of the company TALPO spol. s r.o.
The consignment must be properly packed, it must contain the goods under complaint including accessories, copy of guarantee certificate (invoice), serial number of the device (glossy label on the package), defect description and contact data of the Buyer (address, phone number, e-mail address).
The goods under complaint must be clean and mechanically undamaged.
Costs of delivery of the goods under complaint to the Seller are paid by the Buyer, costs of delivery back to the Buyer are paid by the Seller.
Legitimate complaint applies to:
material defects, functional defect and production imperfections
Guarantee does not apply in case of:
expired guarantee period
given invoice does not belong to the given product
damage is caused by unauthorized modification, service, or accessories
damage is caused by fall or during transport
damage is a result of the lack of service
Complaint procedure
If the defect is repairable, the product will be repaired or the damaged component will be replaced. The Seller is entitled to replace the product under complaint with another product of the same or similar utility. In case of impossible repair or replacement, when the defective product can be commonly used, the Buyer and Seller can agree on reasonable reduction in price. (In case of price reduction, the defect cannot be complained about.) If none of the stated complaint procedures are suitable, the Buyer will receive a credit note. By lodging a legitimate complaint, the guarantee period is extended for the time the complaint is being handled.
